The truth is, 80% of all sales are made between 5-12 contact attempts, yet almost half of salespeople will never follow up, and most admit to having no follow-up strategy at all.

Finding the right software is challenging.

I know the the challenges all too well. I had been trying to find the right technology and strategies to manage and grow my real estate business since 2010.

I tried 14 different software platforms that ranged from $500 to $2,000 USD per month (ouch, right?).

I wanted one, perfect software solution to meet all my needs. It only had to be able to track and organize:

  • Leads
  • Appointments
  • Signed clients
  • Deals
  • Past clients
  • Support network relationship management
  • Business metrics

And, I wanted it to be easy to use. Sounds simple, right?

I would spend countless hours, days and nights trying to figure out, customize and teach my team the new software. 

All these software programs were more work than my actual real estate job.  Building funnels, follow up campaigns, building automation logic and scenarios and sometimes connecting 2-4 different software programs to do the job I wanted. 

The most painful part was when I thought I found the right system. 

The technology always required massive amounts of attention to maintain versus just spending time simply using the technology.

My team and I needed to remember to complete tasks, create tasks, assign follow up plans, stop follow up procedures, manually move clients from one stage to another.  And if anyone made a mistake, you had to hunt to go fix it.  Such a waste of time.

It was exhausting, and nothing stuck. 

I eventually landed on what I thought was the right software.

It still needed heavy customization, but it gave me the ability to manipulate the software with the help of my genius friend and now Co-Founder Matthew Jones. 

We went so far as to build custom layers of software over top of the other software to accomplish this vision of ours. 

It came to an end in 2017, when we saw that this didn’t make sense anymore. 

I never found the one platform to rule all platforms. But I knew the solution was out there.

I knew that if someone was willing to put in the work, the sales process could be better for so many real estate companies and agents.

We had to build our own software, from the ground up.

So that’s what we did – we built the perfect solution.
